Elijah's love for gaming can be traced back to when he was just a little kid in 2001, when he was gifted a PlayStation 1 by his father. As years go by, he continues to experience hundreds of stories that the video game industry has provided to the world as more and more consoles released. It's sparked an interest in him in storytelling. In fact, video games were his gateway to the entertainment industry. Without it, he would have never developed his love for movies, TV shows, music, etc.

In college, Elijah attended a communication program that studies journalism, film, and other forms of media. There, he developed a love for the written word. Or in the case of the modern world, the digitally typed word. During a class project where everyone banded together to create a magazine, Elijah volunteered to write an article about games and movies. After graduating, Elijah continued to write about video games. Ranging from story ideas to original characters and their descriptions.

Elijah loves to talk about games to his friends and other games, especially the ones he loves. He can list down everything the game has done right and well, but he can also criticize the game in what it did wrong. Because of that, Elijah loves to review games he has played and give his thoughts.

When it comes to gaming, Elijah is fond of both the single player Action-Adventure and Role-Playing genres. Games like God of War (2018), Marvel's Spider-Man, Mass Effect series, Final Fantasy, etc., has always been more intriguing to him than multiplayer games. Though he does jump into Destiny 2 from time to time when he feels like fighting aliens and deleting players with the Golden Gun, Elijah has always been more into the story side of video games than the gameplay side.

Writing about games is always a good time for Elijah. It combines both his hobbies into one. He gets to share his thoughts about games and listen to other people's opinions, which he values and respects.
