A writer/music-maker out of the rugged wilds of western Canada, Jules has always possessed a great passion for the entertainment arts. When he's not strangling noises out of a guitar neck, he is either playing video games or writing about them. Even when his 4 year-old self was introduced to the side-scrolling Sega Genesis, he was blown away and hooked---the geek seed had been planted.
A bonafide expert in all things fantasy and sci-fi, Jules has spent years writing in all manner of styles/topics: from research essays to creative fiction; from copy-writing to album reviews; even studying journalism in college. But above all else his favourite niche is within and surrounding the immersive worlds of gaming and film.
