Michelle is the writer of two books and a small army of short stories and poems. She’s been previously published, organized a small anthology, and won the 2015 National Novel Writing Month challenge. She also writes for a nonprofit animal advocacy group and writes a variety of pieces for serial and stand-alone publication. In 2009, she founded a local anime and gaming convention which recently received an award as one of the top 100 conventions of its kind nationwide.

Michelle has a soft spot for the Legend of Zelda series, with fond memories of Ocarina of Time. Although she enjoys a wide variety of games, RPGs and open-world games are especially interesting for her. Any game with a unique, detailed world and a story buried under the surface is bound to be a favorite.

Although interested in all forms of writing, Michelle loves writing about games for the level of detail there is to unravel. She loves discovering the hidden stories and Easter eggs buried beneath the main plot. The backstories of NPCs and the world itself wait to be discovered. In writing about games, she enjoys sharing the hidden gems and lore of each game.
