Supplementing his admittedly mundane life as Marketing Co-ordinator for an IT firm, Rene rebels to the tune of artistic expression, with a fan-favourite novel, over 50 songs, hundreds of short-stories and thousands of poems under his belt.

Having earned his Bachelor's Degree of the Arts in Live Performance for Film and Theater, Rene settled into the office life after a brief stint participating in award-winning films and stage productions. He now leads a secret life of geeking out in Dungeons and Dragons, falling in love with villains in the Metal Gear series, and acts as the Treasurer and Marketing Consultant for the Namibian Electronic Sports Association.

His passion is writing and interrogating character stories and exploring the lore of fictional universes like The Elder Scrolls and Dragon Age series. His own writing focuses on philosophical questions about the human experience, and experiments with storytelling across various media.

Consequently, character-based and role-playing games are his favourite, and he spends adisproportionate amount of time playing TTRPGs such as Dungeons and Dragons and Cypberpunk Red with his friends.
