Nicholas Datta grew up in the Bay Area of California, and has been both writing and gaming since a young age. He has excelled in various forms of writing throughout the years. He was an English major in college, he went to the Between the Lines International Writing Program in 2014, participated in many workshops, and has multiple roles primarily about writing. These experiences have made him skilled in writing persuasive essays, short fictional stories, news articles, and lifestyle blog-posts. He is even working on a fantasy novel in his free time.
Nicholas has been gaming just as long as he has been writing. He loves a wide variety of games; he plays everything from Hollow Knight to Pokemon to Bloodborne. While he started out with traditional platformers, his favorites have expanded to include souls-like and metroidvania style games. His goal is to play at least one game from every renowned game franchise.
With Gamer’s Decide, Nicholas is able to combine his favorite topics into one. He hopes to bring his unique perspective on gaming to readers and spark new conversations on where the industry might go.
