Mark Merk has been writing since high school, and gaming since long before that. He has successfully written and published a short science fiction novel, and written several staged scenes.

Mark particularly enjoys exploring the open worlds of sandbox games, as well as wielding blades, magic, and other weapons of choice in RPGs.
Mark loves being able to express the joy of playing a great game, or the catharsis of ranting about a bad one, in written form. He also loves using humor to do so, as he does in all of his writings.
