Lori is an experienced gamer who loves the creative process of character development in both gaming and writing. As a writer for over thirty years, Lori has been published in a gaming blog, a glossy magazine, and literary and professional library journals.

Also, Lori loves the thrill of leveling up and writing about a variety of gaming formats: AR, Atari, PlayStation, and tabletop RPGs. In addition to being an expert in Rock Band, Lori is a professional librarian with two master’s degrees who has accomplished the task of combining favorite geek topics into the library profession by attending conferences (Gen Con in particular) and hosting library gaming programs.
