Keiron Rose is a passionate and enthusiastic creative writer with a love and dedication to the craft since his love of video games began at the age of 4. While growing up with them and gaining a penchant to understand how they work, he went on to study Game Design in university where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Game Design and Production. He has since gone on to work in the industry by publishing guides, reviews and articles for video games, storyboard and pitch game ideas for various indie games, and has also written various short stories.

He is very passionate about the lore, characters and narratives within video games in addition to how they work mechanically, capable of breaking down gameplay systems and explaining why they may (or may not) work. He has spent over 20 years enjoying the delicate craft of a combination of game design and storytelling through an interactive medium particularly within the Japanese Role Playing Game(JRPG) genre. Understanding narratives through a JRPG angle has given him vast insight into how different fantasy settings, characters and plots can shape a world, and how we, the players interact and eventually fall in love with them as we consider them like home.

He also has experience in modding games in the form of gameplay changes or enhancements and currently maintains two gameplay mods based on the Final Fantasy VII Remake.
