Halvorson
Elizabeth "Liz" Halvorson loves to kick back and relax in her Shire's medieval bar with an archery set in hand. You will always find her among friends and family when not gaming. Liz is known for her cooking at events and family gatherings. Given a chance, she would cook for a literal Army while making sure that everyone has had something to eat, Don't talk to her before she's had her morning coffee, or you might lose a finger. Liz served as a Naval Hospital Corpsman from 1998 – 2003 and was stationed at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twenty-Nine Palms, California. During this time, she took a small hiatus from gaming, focusing on her career and young family. She has also been active in LARP and Medieval Reenactment groups since 2010. In her spare time, Liz is the Scribe Privy Councilor of her medieval reenactment group Bear Hill Shire that hosts the biannual events of Knight Fall and Winter Knights. In Milwaukee, she can also be found around the holidays helping to collect for the MACC fund at Candy Cane Lane with friends and fellow reenactors, the Knights of The North. This empty-nester has three grown daughters and a granddaughter that she adores. Never call her grandma, though, unless you want the evil eye; she prefers nonna and will correct anyone who doesn’t call her that. Liz received her first Nintendo Christmas of 1988 and has been hooked ever since. Of all the games She likes best are Pac – Man, Stronghold, Doom, Skyrim, Dragon Age Origins, the Mass Effect series (except for the ending of ME3, which she will go on and on for hours about), Among Us, Don’t Starve Together. The Sims, She even likes mobile app games such as The Legend of The Phoenix and various puzzle games inducing Jewel Blitz and Lily’s Garden. She enjoys a good game of classic Dungeons and Dragons, along with Paranoia, Shadow Runner, Cards Against Humanity, Carcassonne, Dominion, and many more.
