Jay R as he like to call himself, was born with a heart for gaming being granted with hands that grip any console perfectly. He grew up using handheld consoles, from which he brought it with him through his academic years. After he got a degree in accounting technology, he took and passed the IELTS exam - an English proficiency exam on writing. However, his passion for gaming grew more.

Jay R has his own personal collection of achievements in gaming, being one of the best players in his own local scene, becoming a professional FPS player and winning multiple tournaments. He has then moved on from playing professionally to sharing his love for gaming in creative writing. He mentors young talents in playing the game he loves.

Jay R is an expert in FPS tactical shooters, peaking SMFC in CS:GO and Ascendant 2 in Valorant. He has been playing FPS for over than 5 years and also plays League and Dead by Daylight on the side.

Jay R loves to write anything that would lift up and expose more of the professional gaming scene, as it is a frowned upon profession.
