Elaine has been writing creatively for seven years, and enjoys nothing more than sharing her passion for gaming and movies. She is a veteran gamer who has been gaming since 1985, her favourite console of all time is the PlayStation 2, but lately she has fallen deeply in love with the Nintendo Switch. She has years of experience with MMORPGs such as World of Warcraft, Dark Age of Camelot, Rift and Aion, but now prefers single-player games. She has a particular fondness for indie titles, and has spent more time than she’d care to admit playing life sims such as Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley, but what she enjoys above all else is a good psychological horror. Her all-time favourite game is the flawlessly sublime Silent Hill 2, and her most recent discoveries are Doki Doki Literature Club and SIMULACRA. Fourth wall breaks are her catnip.
