With a strong passion for nerd culture and the gaming community, Brandy has always been adventuring in magical fantasy worlds for as long and she can remember. From playing D&D with her family throughout her childhood. (Her first character was Jimmy the Halfling Rogue -which her Fantasy name game got much stronger throughout time, she swears.) To playing console and PC games for over 25 years, she also has been watching anime and practicing Japanese for just as long.

Brandy has been an educator for over 10 years and decided that as fulfilling and rewarding as that career was, she also had another passion in her life which was writing. She knew she wanted to share her passions and knowledge with the world and became an expert writer of gaming and anime. She also created her own blog, which is practically her baby, where she can freely write all about her love and devotions to her fondness of gaming.

During her downtime, she can be found frolicking in the comic and manga sections of a bookstore with a vegan chai latte in her hands or at home cozy with her piles of plushies watching 90s anime and classic JRPGs and MMORPG games, most likely still with a vegan chai latte in her hands.
