Anthony is a writer, teacher, and musician from New York. He went to school in New York and holds a bachelor's degree in English. As a teacher he instructed English as a second language to children in Thailand. As a traveling bard he recorded rock albums and performed on tropical beaches all over. He is an avid reader and vivid dreamer who loves creating and experiencing epic character-driven stories. He plays all styles of games, but the best Role-Playing Games tend to have the most most engaging stories, and by immersing ourselves into the lives of the protagonists we can sympathize with their hopes and struggles and have more compassion for ourselves and others and can then really work to make the world and ourselves better. If you want to write creative stories, look to your dreams, as they often write themselves. If you want to write about a good life, ask yourself, what would you really want to do if you were in control of your dreams? Anthony's favorite games are ones that explore these kinds of existential questions, like Final Fantasy VII and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, just to name a select few favorites. Even playing a tower defense game like Kingdom allows time for this kind of contemplation as we build, work, grow, survive, and defend from the inter-dimensional zombie horde until we eventually defeat them or die trying!
