A war is raging between the elves and the humans. The stars have predicted the rise of an unlikely hero who can reclaim the Stick of Truth and save South Park.

Players take on the role of the unlikely hero and have to fight their way through gnomes, hippies and other forces of evil to earn the trust of Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny, and become their new friend.
