Saints Row gets bolder, crazier and better than ever. The Boss is now President of United States with several members of the Saints appointed to cabinet. The story begins when Earth is suddenly taken over by an alien race known as the Zin and its leader Zinyak. Boss and the cabinet members are captured and put to sleep in a dream world where they witness their worst fears come to life.

Boss manages to break out of his dream world and joins Kinzie and Vice President Keith David in a stolen Zin ship. They attempt to contact Earth for reinforcements to destroy the aliens. An enraged Zinyak discovers this act and atomizes and destroys Earth, killing everybody except those already captured by the Zin. Now, its Boss’s duty to save the remaining human race. To overthrow Zinyak, he gathers his trusted Saints – Matt, Kinzie, Asha and Shaundi among others. But, will Boss be able to defeat the cunning and advanced Zinyak?
