Josef, a little robot reassembles himself in a scrapheap. Knowing of a dastardly plot to blow up the Tower, Josef enters the city to stop the culprits, but finds himself in greater trouble than he bargained for. Finding his girlfriend Berta, Josef uses his ingenuity to put an end to the plots of the Black Cap Brotherhood.
