We all know the Sims as being a goofy, fun life simulation game. Take your sims to work, try not to burn the house down while cooking, have some kids or pet and maybe use the ‘Motherlode’ cheat just a couple times. But of course, we all have taken the game to more… extreme levels, like in the earlier installments when we’d take the ladder out of the pool and let the sims drown. The Sims 4 makes it a little harder to do things like that and more devious actions in general. So with halloween right around the corner now is the perfect time to turn the once family friendly world of The Sims 4 into your own personal purgatory! 10) Prince of Darkness mod
If you're looking for an easy way to kill other sims, and a little bit of laughter on the side this is the perfect mod for you! The Prince of Darkness spawns in and has up to 4 different things he can do, including giving you his powers. You can now fully harness evil and make chaos reign in your game.
- Transform other sims into your own evil minions to do your bidding for you.
- Electrocute sims at whim.
- On a more lighthearted note, your sim can do “Evil Fart” that causes others to die from laughter.

9) Open Skull CC
This piece of custom content is perfect for crazy storylines, and will fit well with some other mods on this list! It’s quite simple, in the “Hat” category there will be 2 options: one with a brain sticking out of the head, and one with the head cut opened without a brain. It's these subtle details that will make your game feel more alive within the horror realm you create.
- The detail is really cool, especially in the brainless head option.
- The little details like this one will make serial killer based stories, zombie stories, or any horror based gameplay more immersive.

8) Necrophilia Mod
Yes, you read that right. I think out of all the mods on the list, this one is the one that shocked me the most. In this mod you can live out your dreams (or nightmares) of murdering a Sim, and then forming a romantic relationship with said Sim’s corpse. Truly brutal and probably a little stinky.
- The corpse of the deceased sim actually has to sit for a while before you can romance it, it will lay and get smelly, its skin will appear cracked. Once it receives the undead trait you can go to town. I have to give props to the bit of realism they throw in there.
- Once your sim has the “undead” trait, they will never die again or age. They essentially become zombies.
- And no you cannot Try For Baby with the undead, Thank God.

7) Cooking a Toddler Mod
Sometimes being a parent is hard, If you have too many mouths to feed and not enough money to do so, may I recommend The Cookable Toddler mod? Very reminiscent of the Grilling Baby mod from The Sims 2, you can now cook your toddler like a turkey in The Sims 4.
- The toddler looks like a turkey dinner when going into the oven, and when it's on a plate.
- Shockingly The Social Worker won’t get called when you cook your baby.
- It’s really fun to experiment with awful parenting gameplay, and this mod fits in perfect with those storylines!

6) The Cannibal Mod
If cooking toddlers wasn’t enough to satisfy your craving, you're in luck! The Cannibal mod adds so much more depth to evil gameplay. It adds plenty of new items, pretty funny animations, and cannibal’s sort of become their own life state with this mod. Live out your sickest fantasies and make sure to bring your appetite.

Bring some life to your graveyard! Once you place the Possessed Child’s tombstone and chant his name all hell will break loose. This boy has a vegenince and will not stop until everyone in his path is dead. This mod also offers many different options as to how to control the possessed child, how the child kills others, and how to banish him.

3) Life Tragedies Mod
If you like mods that will add a bit more story to your game, this one is perfect for you. Life Tragedies is a lot to unpack as it is filled with the everyday tragedies that plague our own lives such as fatal illnesses, murder, bullying and more. Your sims now live with an element of danger that isn’t present in the vanilla game which makes their lives feel more valuable now with the sense of danger lurking around the corner.
This mod adds 5 NPC serial killers that have a chance of spawning in your town. Each has their own backstory that can be uncovered with time. Stay on their good side and find yourself safe, get on their bad side and your in for a bumpy ride.
Your sim has the ability to get kidnapped and held for ransom, do everything they ask and your sim might just be returned safely.
Fatal Illnesses can show up in your sim, take them to the hospital for surgery and they have a 20% chance of surviving.

2) Zombie Apocalypse Mod
