This show consisting of Heroes and Villains has a lot of awesome characters. Here are 10 of the best from good to amazing:

10. Mosquito Girl

She is a villain in the early parts of the show. Obviously beaten by Saitama in one punch. And this time it was just one slap.

What Makes Mosquito Girl Great:

She can control huge swarms of mosquitoes with some kind of mental signal.
She uses the blood collected to strengthen herself and she becomes seriously strong. She cuts a building in half!
She’s actually kind of pretty. For a creepy mosquito lady.
She can fly just like her mosquito friends. And she even dodges attacks in the air.

A villain that comes from the sea to take over the land.

What Makes Sea King Great:

He beats up almost all the heroes that go against him whatever class they are. He even destroys Genos at one point. But of course, he could never stop Saitama.
He gets stronger when near water. So when it rains his power increases.
He's a King! Kings are cool!

This is the scientist that wanted to find the perfect form of human evolution.

What Makes The Obsessive Scientist Great:

He’s really smart! One of the smartest people in the world.
He made thousands of clones of himself. All helping him with his crazy mission.
He was able to turn back his age from a 70-year-old man. Don’t we all wish we could do that too?
He made Carnage Kabuto who was super dangerous and strong! Unfortunately, he had very few humane characteristics so the scientist saw him as a failure.

The only Villain that can take on Saitama in more than one punch. He’s an Alien who traveled twenty years through space to find him.

What Makes Boros Great:

He’s incredibly strong. Strong enough to actually have a full-on fight with Saitama. He still gets beaten but for once it’s not in just one punch!
He’s got one huge eye in the middle of his head and he’s fully blue! What a cool alien look!
He traveled and fought for 20 years to get to Earth. Now that’s dedication.

She’s a tiny 25-year-old Hero with telekinetic powers. Who glows green when she uses them.

What makes Tornado of Terror Great:

Telekinesis is awesome!
She can lift things thousands of times her weight. She even brings in a meteor from space at one point.
She’s an S-class hero which is the highest class there is!
She’s so bratty you can’t help but laugh.

A Villain for hire that unfortunately gets punched in his groin by Saitama. Making him keep training so one day he can go up against him again.

What makes Speed of Sound Sonic Great:

He’s incredibly fast. Sometimes you can’t even see him moving because of his speed.
He’s not really a villain or hero. Just a mercenary.
His sword is cool!
His evil smile and giggle are somehow inviting.
He’s smart as well as fast thinking. He understands attacks during the fights. Then he comes up with counterattacks almost as fast as he attacks!
He’s a ninja that’s just cool by itself.

He is a C-class hero with a bicycle.

What makes Mumen Rider Great:

He always tries his best even though he’s not even close to being the strongest hero.
He rides a bicycle with a cool helmet and goggles! So cute!
He’s number one on the C-class list.

An old man who is one of the strongest heroes out there. With his martial arts and huge muscles, he’s a character to fear and love.

What makes Silver Fang Great:

He’s the 3rd highest S-class ranked hero even at his age!
He respects Saitama and understands he’s not as strong as him. So there's no ego there!
He does the awesome “Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist” move and it’s one of the best moves out there!
He teaches disciples all his hero moves and ways at his dojo. He’s definitely not a selfish hero.

Saitama's only disciple. A cyborg with a sad backstory that makes him extremely serious and durable.

What makes Genos Great:

He’s one of the few people who acknowledges Saitama's true strength.
He’s super intelligent! He even gets 100% on the hero mental exam! This analytical intelligence is used in every fight and it’s so epic.
He’s mostly mechanical with awesome combustion powers that come from his metal palms!
Even if he gets ripped apart he can be put back together again! And he can take quite a few hits before he needs that.
He’s an S-class hero from the beginning! Showing how strong and skilled he is.

The one punch man himself! The main hero of the series. Saitama is a hero just for fun and he’s an amazing one.

What Makes Saitama Great:

He’s the strongest hero ever! It takes him one punch to beat almost every villain!
He’s a hero just for fun and doesn’t look for many fans like other heroes. He doesn't even have a high ranking.
He’s bald from training. We still think he’s beautiful!
He gets bored of long backstories. Just like us! Totally relatable. Keep it short and sweet!
His moves are just “consecutive normal punches”.

All in all, there are so many fun characters in this show! In both Hero and Villain characters the stories and powers are super cool.
