[Top 10] Destiny 2 Best Streamers That Are Fun To Watch

Despite what some may say about Destiny 2 LFG, the game has a wonderful and vibrant company. It’s spearheaded by well-known names like Fallout, Aztecross, and our boi Rick Kackis. Streamers can be pretty fun to watch, and although I enjoy YouTube over Twitch, Destiny 2 streamers are the cream of the crop as far as the community is concerned.

Here are the ten best to watch when you want to kill time during long car trips or on the job. These rankings are based on my personal opinions and experience: I betcha a lot of you would have ranked Datto higher. But in any case, here’s the list:

Honorable mention: KackisHD

Such a list would never be truly complete without mentioning our boi Rick Kackis. However, since he’s more of a YouTuber than a streamer, I don’t quite think he fits into this category with the rest. He only streams once in a blue moon, but is perhaps one of the most influential individuals in the Destiny 2 community, and has been for a long time.

10. ZKmushroom

Like a few others on this list, ZKmushroom streams PvP almost exclusively. His top-notch skill has drawn quite a following, but aside from duking it out in the Crucible and offering Trials of Osiris carries, he actually doesn’t do all that much. You should definitely subscribe if you’re a fan of PvP, though if you’re looking for a more balanced watching experience I’d try one of the others on this list.

9. Datto

Datto only goes on this list because I feel compelled to rank him. In my opinion, he’s a bit more passive than other streamers, and I find vault cleanings kind of boring. However, his high subscriber count and pervasive influence mark him as a long-standing member of the Destiny 2 community.

8. Gernader Jake

Like ZKmushroom, ole’ Gernader Jake is legendary at Destiny 2 PvP. He does mainly the same style of content as ZK, only he’s more fun to watch. Like ZK, however, he’s mainly doing PvP and in so doing provides a mostly one-sided experience. His personality, however, seems more likable than ZK’s, and (no offense to the guy) I just find him more fun to watch.

7. Shadow Destiny

M’boi Shadow rarely comes out of them very often. When he does, however, he brings an extra-special offering of Destiny 2 goodness, such as a funny video or a good-natured stream. He doesn’t do either very often any more, but he also has a vibrant Discord community full of like-minded guardians. Another mainly PvP streamer, but he sometimes takes a break to do other stuff.

6. True Vanguard

Oh, gosh, ANOTHER PvP streamer?! Don’t worry, the Dadguard is the last of the exclusively PvP streamer bunch. Everything about the Dadguard is casual and laid-back: from his demeanor, to his speech, to the way he behaves while he plays. Truly, he is a streamer of the common folk, and that fun-loving, casual personality is exactly what makes him so fun to watch.

5. Toadsmoothie

If I only got one word to describe Toad, it would be: FUN. From attempting a Legendary Witch Queen Nuzlocke to spending 12 hours straight in the Dreaming City, even attempting to beat Duality with only the Duality shotgun, his antics are of the most ridiculous kind. He streams fairly often, and he’s always got a new trick up his sleeve. Check him out when you’ve got the time.

4. Rylee Reloaded

You may have heard of him. If you haven’t, you’ve committed a cardinal sin. Papa Ry outranks so many other streamers based on his sheer force of personality, his infectious laugh, and absolutely chad beard and accent. While he doesn’t stream exclusively D2, when he does it’s a blast to watch such a fun-loving guy play any video game. His Discord server, Chronophobia, is also a great place to kill time and have a laugh.

3. Skarrow9

Skarrow is truly a jack of all trades. He’s great at every aspect of the game, and acts as your news commentator for everything a Guardian might want to know. His sheer abundance of content coupled with a very “bro” attitude makes him fun to watch. (I’m also partial because the only reason I got into his stuff was because I got personally destroyed by him in Iron Banner. Good times…)

2. Fallout Plays

Fallout’s nothing if not honest. Watching him lose his mind over a Carolina Reaper, a Solo Flawless Dungeon, or a 50 games video is insanely hilarious. But he’s also got the guts to admit when he’s wrong, and the almost adult-like tendency to address negative feedback courteously and civilly. Funny, sincere, honest, and cool, Fallout makes a great streamer.

1. Aztecross

Aztecross: ever since I watched his Last Word review that made me want to play with the weapon, I’ve been captivated by his accent that I still can’t quite place. Aztecross is not only one of the leading personalities in the D2 community, but also one of the driving voices for change. He’s released numerous videos highlighting obvious problems in Destiny and requesting fixes from Bungie, but that doesn’t stop him from giving credit where it’s due.
