The MK2 oppressor is something every late game player should have.

In my opinion why I think it's a good thing to buy at level 40 is because by then you'll most likely have other businesses. Waiting until this level is a smart move since it costs around $2 million.

What's useful about the arcade is that If players fill all possible arcade slots, gamers can earn a maximum of $5,000 daily as passive income. The total amount you can store at a time is $100,000.

• It has passive income abilities. Like mentioned above the arcade has a safe that gives you passive income based on the amount of games you have in house.
• It's a great way for you to do the cayo heist. By using the arcade you can build your wealth enough to be able to buy the Kosatka.

How to Get The Arcade :  

• Go near Mirror Park to trigger a text from Lester Crest. Alternatively, go to one of Lester's locations on the map to get the text.
• See the cutscene involving Lester and Georgina Cheng.
• Go to the Internet (which is most easily done through the in-game smartphone).

I say it's affordable because by the time you reach this level you should have more than enough to buy it with all the different ways to make money.

Some useful information about the pariah is that it is not suited for off road driving. This car only does well on smooth surfaces such as the race track or the street.

Some useful information for anyone who drives this car. It gets damaged very easily, In my opinion easier than some others so ease up on those turns.

9. Homing launcher

In my opinion this is a good weapon to have at level 40 because it is basically needed. With all the cars and planes that will try and destroy you, the homing launcher is your best friend. Overall this is better than the rpg because it has better accuracy.

Some useful information about the homing launcher is that it can be fired in a single shot or in three round bursts. Furthermore its max range is 1,080 meters so you need to be aware of that when firing from long distances.

In my opinion this is a great thing to buy at level 40, it's kinda needed. Once you reach level 40 you'll be able to do better missions that let you make more money. Not to mention it's bulletproof.

Some useful information on this car is that there's’ still a chance to be shot from the windows. This is because it's not 100% bulletproof in that area.

• It's Maneuverable. This makes the Kuruma easy to weave in and out of traffic or dodge enemy fire.

6. Weapon Workshop

The one stop shop for weapons and vehicles in your arsenal.

In my opinion the workshop is good because you won't have to go to los santos customs anymore. Any upgrade that can be done there can be done in the Area workshop. Furthermore you get an entire weapon bench that refills with ammo every in game day.

Some useful information about the area workshop is that it can hold up to 30 area Vehicles. This is good for players who have a lot of area cars and need somewhere to put them. In addition, having them in your workshop makes upgrading them easier.

1. The Kosatka

The Kosatka sub is a must have by this level.

In my opinion the Kosatka is good to buy at level 40. you'll be more than prepared to handle the heist that comes with it. Not only that but you'll need to be level 40 or above to really make any use from this sub.

What's useful about this sub? It's the only way to do the cayo heist. That being because the missions take place on another island.

• It Defends against NPCs. The Kosatka is well-armed and can defend itself against NPCs. This is useful for players who want to do the Cayo Perico Heist solo or who want to explore the ocean floor.
